Why Us?

1. When a client engages our retained search services, we establish a proprietary online network, which allows the client to view the search progress in real time, without having to make any direct contact with us. This significantly saves time, especially when the client is located in New York City and the time difference is severe.

2. Using our dedicated cloud computing technology, our clients can access their consultant’s daily activity. The client can view which type of candidates the consultant is contacting, which companies he or she is scouting from, the results of first-time contacts with potential candidates, the reasons candidates are rejecting the job opportunity and why they are interested in the opportunity.

3. The client can view up-to-date search statistics and metrics, which indicate how many on-target candidates have been met, interviewed, and their position in the interview pipeline. The client can request to have specific emails alerts, for example when a new candidate CV/resume has been submitted.

4. Our clients often have several of their managers around the world reviewing and interviewing potential candidates. With our online project management system, each interviewer can add his or her notes after each resume submission or interview and can view other interviewer comments and can add or respond to those comments in a blog-like fashion. This provides a single point-of-reference to review each interviewer’s perspective on candidates and streamlines the entire search process. HR executives at our clients highly value this feature.

5. Because we are a boutique executive search firm, we have a small client base and we have a limited number of conflicts, compared to larger firms. This also creates a more collaborative environment for our executive search consultants, compared to larger firms. Larger firms often have internal company political problems, which underscore their inconsistent results and overall low quality.

6. We are actively scouting the best talent in our respective industries and verticals and have a solid blue-print of the key industry players. Our consultants are consistently identifying and meeting the best and most hidden passive job seekers and by leveraging our consulting services, we can provide value added services to our clients from the initial stages, during, and after the placements are executed.

Through leveraging our own personal business experience at operating companies, we provide additional services such as start-up support, rules of employment drafting and revision, compensation and benefits planning, outplacement, training, executive-level assessment programs, and business development (international relationship-based M&A services, deal sourcing, sales-channel development, and JV/alliance creation).

8. We are privately-held and our equity partners are actively managing the firm. By not having to announce our quarterly results to shareholders or investors not actively involved in the day-to-day management our of firm, we can put our clients’ interest before our personal profits. We value long-term relationships with both our clients and candidates.

9. If the placement doesn’t stick for whatever reason, we offer a replacement search at no extra charge. If we don’t get it right the first time, we thoroughly review the circumstances, fix what is broken, and get the job done.
