Leverage’s HR team provided strategic advice to a newly created JV between a major Japanese Airline and a Canadian Aerospace Training Company. It was a 3 month project during which we created an entirely new and comprehensive HR system for the newly created JV (rules of employment, compensation & benefits system, appraisal system, union relations, and strategic HR communications). There were many shareholders involved in the project and the outcome was successful.
