Mr. Kaneko is experienced in Human Resources Management, Labor Management, and Talent Development.
He has consulted more than 100 companies on Human Resources Management Systems (HRM), Talent Development Systems, Management by Objectives Systems (MBO), Organizational Culture Reforms, Performance Review Trainings for Assessors, and Management Trainings. Many of his HRM Systems projects were related to Management Reform, M&A, introduction and localization of MBO Systems, and Performance Review Trainings after re-design of Performance Review Systems. He started his career at Hitachi, Ltd. in Human Resources and then later joined a famous Japanese consulting firm, where he focused on HR consulting.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Kyushu University.
