Introduction
Sean joined Leverage in 2018 after gaining more than 30 years of international business experience (mainly sales and marketing field). He has served as sales director, country manager and CEO of subsidiaries in Japan, such as Lafarge Group (now Lafarge Holcim), Sika Group, and Fletcher Building Group.
He started his career at TDK Corporation , which is a Japanese multinational electronics company. After graduating from university, he worked in Dusseldorf, Luxembourg and New York as an expat for about 14 years.
Through his career, he was successful in running mid-term planning, budgeting and new business formation. He also conducted a wide range of changes and reinforcement of the organization (old business restructuring, structural reform), new business planning promotion, M & A, subsidiary operation management, and management labor countermeasures.
He has a BA in Economics from Chuo University. Sean is bilingual and bicultural.
